According to railway tracks route its far from Ranchi...by road its under Ranchi...hilly area trains have long route..see the road to patratu..

I went to Ramgarh actually Rajrappa by Dhanbad-Ranchi bus.
The bus wala said that Ranchi was still quite far from Rajrappa.
Anyway Jharkhand is beautiful especially capital Ranchi.
