Don't know why does Bihar just keeps on getting such preferential treatment especially in railways.
Places like Jaynagar are getting lhb rakes while in Jharkhand even capital Ranchi doesn't have Lhb facilities.
This bihar appeashment policy has to be stopped.

That is not the point.
Places in bihar like jaynagar are soon to get Lhb facilities whereas in jharkhand much bigger cities like Ranchi, tata dhanaddon't even have 24 coach pit line.
Forget lhb facilities.
