.A very rare picture of 360HP DE class Diesel Electric locomotive No. 800 was the only one of its kind. It was an 0-6-0 built by Armstrong Whitworth in 1936
.The new lines that are being constructed are part of the yard lines of Bombay Central
.An meter gauge second class air conditioned coach belonging to Western Railways. Large slabs of ice were used to keep the coaches and its inhabitants cool. If you look carefully, only the centre part of the coach is Air Conditioned while the two ends are 2nd Class.

.Peak hour at Bombay Central. One can see atleast 6 persons in the main hall and ghostly traces of two more.
5. Bandra Station. The Central Railway Harbour line from Bombay Victoria Terminus originally terminated here. Don't mistake this station to Bandra Terminus.
.A neat and clean Steam locomotive belonging to BB & CI Railways hauls an equally clean passenger train into Bombay Central. Note the relatively new and elegant cabin building.
.Frontier Mail hauled by an H class 4-6-0 locomotive No. 511, pulls out of Ballard Pier Railway Station.
.Locomotive No. 702 was one of the only three locomotives built belonging to the M class. It was built in 1924 by Kitson
.No. 345 was member of H class 4-6-0 locomotives. This engine was built by North British in Glasgow in 1909.
.Frontier mail ready to depart from Ballard Pier with a pair of H class locomotive. The leading engine is No. 358 which was built by North British in 1915
