Since, 18637/38 HTE-BNC EXP cannot be extended upto BKSC/DHN. IR should provide a slip portion from DHN to be attached with 18637 at HTE.
The revised CC of combined rake will be:
LOCO-SLR-GS-GS-GS-GS-GS-GS-S1-S2-S3-S4-S5-S6-A1-B1 -B2-B3-B4 (HTE-BNC)-B5-S7-S8-GS-SLR (DHN-BNC).

That is because there is a direct daily train available.
What to say of DHN-ALLP. even ASN people catch this train because ratna express is weekly and getting tickets in the other weeklies are tough.

My proposal is going to provide a direct train between Dhanbad and Bangalore if implemented. The slip portion will serve DHN/BKSC directly.
This decision lies with RB. I honestly feel the CC should be
SLR-GS-GS-GS-GS-GS-S1-S2-S3-S4-S5-S6-A1-B1-B2-B3-( HTE-BNC)-AB1-B5-S7-S8-S9-GS-GS-SLR(DHN-BNC)
Total 24. One 3AC and one GS removed from HTE portion and one 2AC-3AC hybird , one SL and one GS added to DHN portion.

Remove one more GS and add one more GS or SL to slip then looks good
