Although not observed, my guess is KOP-ADI Exp (of Saturday) must have been hauled by BRC WAP4E # 22673 Loco!
Why WCAM2P or WCAM3 are kept idle? It can be used for hauling Express train from Pune to CSTM/LTT!!
Some locos are kept ideal for the contingency plans... Not all e locos can be dispatched as the link of trains... Some locos are purposely kept ideal for contingency plan... Also the loco chnage over time at Pune Jn which is aldry facng the prblm of unavailablity of pf durong peak hrs, this cant be done...
