Hello,
I think Railways should earn honest income by way of charging reasonable travel charges from the passengers and not by charging abnormal cancellation charges which amounts to charging someone without delivering any goods or services. In simple, it is exploitation of passengers.
I just signed the petition, "Railway Board, Railway Minister: Please reduce the time for advance ticket booking from 120 days to 30 days.."
