Sometimes its tough to understand the logic behind decisions about cancellation, route, timings taken by railway officials.

Varuna Exp: dnt get impact of fog that much but remain canceled @ work days while running @ Sunday??!!
ICE category..& if Ministry so willing to make gimmick kinda populist decisions, could easily hav canceled LKO-CNB portion, while keeping it run all day as BSB-LKO Varuna Exp!!! & its crucial as u dnt hav any train after 4 AM till 12 noon for LKO in JOP-SLN stretch!!
