STRANGE BUT TRUE.
18047 and 17225 both run with the gap of 1.5-2 hours... and both have same names(AMRAVATI EXP)... any such instants other than this... I think this is the only one...

And both the names are popular enough among people... they don't call Howrah Exp nor BZA express... AMRAVATI is only name called by pax of both trains... at UBL the display doesn't show the word AMARAVATI , instead shows HWH VSG EXP

The original Amaravati express ran for almost a century before being stopped for a while due to gauge conversion. No wonder the name is famous all along the route!!

BZA-VSG is amravai later the train undergone several changes
Extended to HWH.....another service started to UBL and later made daily.....
I feel they shoud have re named 18047 with some name as Amravati name is orgined as it is BZA-VSG exp and started from BZA
But any way name is just for formal sake.

But here most of the people from East India living in Goa call this train as Howrah or Howda Express. Most popular long distance train from Goa along with Goa express and that too within 10 years of its extension to Howrah. Clearly shows how important it's for Goa, DWR, UBL and East India. But sadly one of the highly neglected train too.
