is the IR's Policy of No Refund on Cancellation of Confirm Tatkal Ticket! So, In case the person who is having a Confirm Tatkal Ticket will not take pain to Cancel the ticket, even if he is not travelling! Because he knows that he will not get any refund from IR.(Only few Peoples goes beyond their Greed and cancels the ticket)
Suggestion:- IR must grant atleast 10% refund to encourage peoples to Cancel the CK ticket.
