It's understood as it's ICF rake and also 30297 is transfered to LGD from GZB and HWH Rajdhani link is HWH P7 now not GZB P7, it is evident in the picture itself.
I am just portraying how same loco once hauled my HWH Rajdhani as GZB loco and then my SC Raj as LGD loco.
