The news paper says that Since Railway Board has given its final approval for Gulbarga Railway Division and the file is rotting at Railway Minsiters desk And he is yet to give his approval and issue final notification. However, Suresh Prabhu is neither saying yes nor saying no to Railway division office for this year. The news paper also says that its few people in Maharastra are opposing since they would be loosing huge revenue from this division. Also news paper says that comments of few local leaders who have asked RM to approve and give final notification. The news paper also talks of neighbouring states how many divisions they have and how many Karnataka have. I hope this helps.
