this is political effect only, trains like rajdhani dont create congestion but crawlers/non stop 110 mps trains do create congestion. diverting two rajdhani to bhadohi route will make that route congested as well. further rajdhani trains are not meant to cater people from their houses. very bad and vague move of IR.
