The best way to honor the station and its memories would be improvement in Station facilities and some commercial halts instead of technical ones.
GMO is an important railway junction (almost mst imp), no train dares to skip it at MPS (Thanks to old tracks). It controls the train connectivity to to three state capitals Kolkata, Ranchi, Bhubhneshwar.
All trains to ADRA halt here except 12281/82 (sometimes). So does RNC ones except 12439/40.
