I had click this pic at GAYA JN & jst have a ques that why railway dnt shift these mentally challenged people to some rehabilitation centre and hospital.
What other people think who came from around the world to (gaya) India??
Jst cleaning the stn is not enough. That day I was happy to see the stn cleanliness but this ruined my happiness.
