ECoR is putting the blame on ECR & NCR.
Let see what reply will NCR & ECR give.

ECoR said ""mps upgrading is only matter pertaining with NCR ALD div & ECR MGS div".
That means If these two divisions agree , then mps can be made 130.
No backlogs is present from ECoR side.
