ECoR is putting the blame on ECR & NCR.

Maintenance is full fledged from ECoR side. They themselves have said "mps upgrading is only matter pertaining with NCR ALD div & ECR MGS div". If these two divisions agree , then mps can be made 130.
you say its unrelated so obviously anyone will laugh ..
i am sure you can yourself think that why will crs give clearance for poorly maintained train....if a train is not maintained properly then it will be unsafe at high speeds...
