My point is how can train skip BPL @ 100+ kmph. Be it 3rd line or 30th line.. Doesn't make any sense..
he talk about line between station and not at station
इससे भोपाल और हबीबगंज में न रुकने वाली लंबी दूरी की ट्रेनों को तीसरी लाइन से इस रफ्तार से निकाला जा सकेगा।

the news is suggesting that speed on Bina -Bhopal section will be increased to 140 kmph.
ok, but there are lot of jhuggi's along the massive curve and that very curve has very minimum MPS, so skipping atleast BPL @ 100+ KMPH is close to impossible, as it will put adjoining habitat's lives to danger.
And regarding NCR junctions, 130 skip have no idea, but right now im only talking about BPL and surrounding so lets stick to it for now.
