and when passenger entering the platform but not allowed to be near trains !!! This is possible when further barricade is created where 'waist level permanant fixture is created , this will be away by six feet from passenger train coaches doors. and will run alongsie the train and platform. GRP will be employed to see that no unauthorised person enters. UR coaches seat limits are known. monitored by computer. Tickets are issued to passengers not exeeding seats. and unoccupied seats will be carried forward to next station. Thus plus minus will go on every station for vating seats and occupying seats by passengers... But this needs Highly efficeint and complex infrastructure of computerised stystem where coaches are listed and seats berths are listed and platforms too are properly constructed....
If platforms heights are brougth to level of floor of Coaches .. then both will level / align and no 'fatal accidents ' will occur...
This needs huge huge money...
This is possible only if "Zero Population growth' is observed for at least a decade. Then only our resources are available for 'Capital" work ... Now they are used for "Revenue ' work... like Feeding mouth of Millions rotting in poverty, homelessness, diseases, etc etc.
