What the hell IR is doing I can't understand. There is already demand of connectivity and IR is ignoring everything. The present 22823/Bhubaneswar-NewDelhi Rajdhani Express (via Bokaro) runs through TATA-MURI-BKSC long route with a TRAVEL TIME OF 3 HRS 15 MINS & NO HALT IN BETWEEN. Why can't ECoR divert its via TATA-PRR-BKSC fast route having travel time of just 2 HRS 45 MINS (SAVING 30 MINS) maximum and having a halt at PRR. Purulia is District Headquarter having a population of 4-5 lakhs and is the 2nd fastest growing city after Asansol in the region. There people's only hope is Purushottam exp running jam packed all the time.

Other trains like Purushottam exp is already tackling a huge traffic of PRR. SRC-ANVT & HALDIA-ANVT have remote quota there. No confortable travel available.
22805/6 is a weekly and is not sufficient for SBP. That train also doesn't touch PRR.

Planning has been going on about TATA-ANVT & TATA-DBRT exp since 2013. If introduced, it would follow TATA-PRR-BJE-GMO route (shortest and fastest route). No more delhi bound trains will run via BKSC to prevent freight disturbances(sad case but has to be accepted).
