GOC WDG3A # 13539 with "LOCO MAX HEIGHT 4231 mm" as seen at Pune on Tuesday, 16-Feb-2016!
Full picture will be posted later! Currently I am posting photos of 20-Jan-2016 whereas this loco is seen yesterday (16-Feb-16)!
Can reduce the gap by posting more pics per day n get into previous day /today level.
More than 500 photos are pending! Hence, while doing job (office work), managing routine work, doing daily observations and simultaneously posting the photos / blog, achieving today's level is practically impossible!
