JABALPUR will Become a big junction and imp. station of WCR in near future after completion of the following projects-
1-ALD-JBP-ET electrification work- OFCL ending date of work is DEC 2017 (but can complete before also as per current speed of work)
2-JBP-NIR-BTC-G new BG line completion -ofcl date of completion is Mar 2018 (work b/w JBP-NIR is going on in full swing) and after completion JBP will become a big JN. for south trains and R/BSP/HWH/Durg bound trains just like ET/NGP is now and will decongest the route of ET-NGP-BPQ also
