But SC-VSKP Duronto is a SUPERHIT DURONTO. at least it must get priority.
There are so many important trains reaching early morning @ SC, all would expect suitable timings so cannot disturb all of them its already moved to a better slot to reach early so what else is needed...
My comment was for Bilaspur Rajdhani. Regarding AP AC SF, it was made daily from non-daily(weekly or biweekly, I dunno). So, arranging coaches for a daily train may have been done in a fast manner. And regarding cleanliness, it would be a joke if people reject travelling in the train just because it looks dirty from outside. Not many people look for outside shining rather than travelling in it.

Agree. But inside also not good that is the problem. Out side how the coach looks it doesn't matter. Because all trains after washing and with in 1 hr will get dirty in India due to dust. At least look better in side
