Actually LHB rake me sleeper class ki jagah "3 Tier sleeper " likha rehta h.
So 3 Tier AC & 3 Tier sleeper.. Hence the confusion.

If you check the reservation status, you will see booking in sleeper also is allowed. In all probability, its a mistake. This train getting LHB ahead of Vaishali express is a joke in itself as Vaishali was scheduled to get LHB alongwith Sampoorn Kranti express.
Vaishali ko LHB allot krne Ki baat Ho chuki h ??😲 wo bhi sampoorna Kranti K LHBfied hone k time... Wow...

It goes way back when RB proposed the induction of LHB for SF category. Was decided that important SF of respective zones will get LHB. Then RM Lalu Prasad announced that SK & Vaishali will be first two trains to get LHB.
As per announcement SK indeed got it and became the first SF train to be LHBfied.
But for some reasons ( God knows ) for Vaishali it was put on halt. Instead Mahabodhi ,Puru and others got it.
