Yes you are right. 4 P7 locos cant affect/change the links. Lot of them are required for trains to have them as regular links. Lets wait till the locos arrive . It will definitely take time. Surely only a passenger originating from BRC will be given the first chance to be hauled by BRC P7 for its trial run! The first contender will be a passenger train infact! :P
