Well few of your points are valid must not all. I don't think this train can qualify to be a Rajdhani exp. You can convert it to Superfast Exp or so if you wish. I can't Red Flag yet but that's what I would have. Sorry friend.

He created the shortest routes between RNC - NDLS. via muri halt 15 mints, tata halt 15 mints , pathardih ( jiska naam v kam logo ne suna hoga) halts 15 mints & then dhanbad again halts 15 mints.. pura din jharkhand me bitane k baad train will depart for delhi via pnbe.. Huhhh...
