if we have bought the ticket on online and if we cancel it what rupees we get back
Normal Cancellation charges (If w/l, Rs. 20 per passenger for SL class and up, if Confirmed and cancelled before 24 Hrs. - Rs. 40 for SL class and so on) + what you had been charged by IRCTC (Rs. 20 Per ticket) + what you had been charged by the payment gateway (differs from Bank to Bank) + Agent's charges if any.
