No one seems to have noticed or appreciated a small but very important announcement in the Rail Budget... Mr Prabhu announced that there will be 2 more factories of Locomotives created for production of next Generation locos... which will have a Toilet facility inside... what a great relief to poor loco drivers who have been suffering for such a simple and valid demand for decades...
