Confirmed reservation is made from Dadar, but the passenger wants to board this train from the starting point Mumbai CST which is about 11 Kms. before Dadar. No other passenger is expected to be allotted this reserved seat between these two stations.
a)What are the rules for payment of the additional fare between CST and Dadar? Could anyone guide as to where the relevant rule would be available on the Inernet?
b)Would he be considered to be travelling without ticket between CST and Dadar, if his ticket is checked between these two stations?...

I further looked into the database, and found the similarity of : 1-train, problem, words in entry 24612.
But at entry 44075 only difference is of Train but similar problem exists.
