No the best thing that I feel would be to stop all the over-night trains passing here.

On the same night DRM Dhanbad was in saloon and heading towards singrauli for half-yearly inspection /blog/post/1752270
He went driver and guard running room , resting guards and driver burst out at DRM Dhanbad , driver and guard said their is no arrangement of pure water in running rooms .
