Kuch bhi!!! Preference shud be given to local youths in Class 4 jobs but 100% reservations should not be acceptable to anyone.. If GOI is investing so much in NE projects, which is tax payers money from Rest of India as well, why 100% reservations to given to locals in a GOI organization!!
