For 25 kms you can request TTE or you can travel in General class with the tickets from UHP to SVDK.

after boarding, you can contact TTE and ask him for extension of tkt to SVDK. Since it is 25km, i don't think there won't be any pblm with seats. You have to give additional fare to TTE.
