15623 भगत की कोठी-कामाख्या Express on its very first run arriving at लखनऊ 5 min before time,Pf-2...this is my first very proper capture of Siliguri 4D...the train is using ICF...to be cleared to folks, who thing that train arrived 5 min bt and dprtd 20 min late, the reasn being some mischief created by onboard pax due to which RPF/GRP had to intervene, the complete reason was unknown to me.i heard the announcement order to on duty squad to rush to 5623 on pf2 to which quickly 5 armed RPF rushed...
