My last line was an outcome of your reply.
And this is not express train that origin from a nearby station would be helpful. There are many daily commuters between hajipur and patna for whom the only other option is Gandhi setu which always remains jammed due to large traffic. It's like changing a train twice just to travel in the same city, nobody wants that. Further have you seen a memu/demu train originating from a nearby station instead of main station, trains commuting daily passengers should be end to end.

If m coming frm MFP/SPJ etc, i can alight SEE instead of HJP..same way can alight SEE while coming frm CPR side..y two trains whn approximately all train do stop there??
Gandi Setu is one of worst bridge i seen...so mch of bumps & mostly one side or another always do hav some work n remain blocked...the aware traveler are quite aware of the stop train make @ HJP & SEE!!

SEE has a DEMU maintenance shed. So every morning 75213 starts from SEE for PPTA. This rake departs as 75216 as PPTA-BJU DEMU. Again it comes back to PPTA as 75215 BJU-PPTA DEMU and finally leaves PPTA for SEE as 75214 DEMU at the day's end for maintenance at DEMU maintenance shed. So extension is not possible.
Your third paragraph is my point, it should connect patna and hajipur travelers via train by skipping road transport
