As A Matter Of Principle Exactly Ditto The Same To Same Priority Must Always Be Given Routinely TO 3 Very Very Important Railway Stations IN Haryana State Namely For Stoppages At Karnal , Panipat , Kurukshetra , in Exactly Ditto The Same Manner Just As Priority Is Always As a Matter Of Principle Given Routinely TO Ludhiana , Jalandhar , Beas , Amritsar in Punjab State While Providing Stoppages of All Mail/Express Existing Trains & All New Future Trains .

Yes that's right...But Railways is not in a mood for tripling/quadrupling of delhi-ambala-ludhiana stretch. Instead they are first going for making this 130 mps tracks , so that trains could run more and more faster.
