indian Railway should construct bridge between Sahibganj & Manihari. it will reduce distance between Katihar and SBG/BGP/ASN etc

i searched on internet, but found nothing you have any resources. i think ER should have constructed bridge.
construction of another rail bridge will be waste of taxpayers money.bihar govt will construct another 6-lane road bridge parllel to vs bridge at bhgalpur.
