Query - what about the vacant seats after chart preparation of a SUVIDHA SPECIAL TRAIN?
1. Suppose there were 100 seats, 60 seats booked, fare dynamically went high to XXXX amount. Chart prepared - 40 seats remained vacant. What if anyone wants to book a berth?

Ji haan, woh special suvidha hai Magadh 12401 k passengers ko. Jab mann chahe ticket cancel karo, TDR file kar sakte hain aap ki train delayed by 3 hours :P
