Is Tughlakabad's WDP-4B/4D the ironbound link for 12215/6 or those stack of WDM-3As are still doing the honours of managing the heavyload ?
I believe an enumeration of Railfans confirmed the sightings of 40026,40078 and another WDP-4D with the GR lately
If its true,then the EMD link is just an infatuation(like the amending of 12986/5's loco and switch over back...
