SummerOf02Matsyagandha 361 blog postsrecently spotted this in Udupi station , even though not good in numbers, train had visible amt of patronage, not like before when it was running so empty .
Reduced CC & Just one UR Coach is effect. Although IRCTC Bookings never show patronage, coz people of coastal town never showup in bookings. But they do purchase UR Tickets & get them upgraded to 2S Reservation 2S quota by paying Excess Fare to TTE (Just 15/- per head) . I personally done this & seen atleast 7 members front of me Upgrading to 2S.
One more thing they can do is Never make this train to follow Passenger.
22635 follows 56641(running late) till Mangaluru afterwards Byndoor..
22636 waits at Canacona,Balli (for more than hour) for 56641 & other weeklies SF to pass. No PF avail at MAO that time.

Traveled in Down train yesterday. Had about 80% occupancy. Overtook Madgaon Mangaluru Passenger at Mulki. Surprisingly, yesterday the patronage on Intercity was more than Passenger.
