Please rate this train, which is an upgraded version of 12246 YPR-HWH Duronto express can run according to this TT after GDR-BZA and SBC-AJJ tracks are upgraded to MPS of 130 kmph.

This is not a new train; it is an upgraded version of the Duronto currently running, which does not halt there. So I do not think it should be added. A lot of time will be wasted in reversal at VSKP.
Actually they can give halt at DVD also DVD is near to VSKP and VSKP is more important than VZM.
vzm is given water can loded,creq change
dvd means no creq change no waterm creq must change at simhcalam north

s. Actually before diverting they to make proper arrangements in DVD. Because DVD is very near to Div.HQ VSKP. Not VZM
