TT of Train can be as depart at 15.20 PM from Chunar (with Stoppage at MZL, BDL, Manda , Meza, Naini) and reach Ald at 18:15 PM and depart from ALD at 18:30 PM
Since, route is not so jam packed during this time . It can be practically possible.

Yes, it is congested section but not during 15:00 PM to 18:00 PM. Also 2.5 hrs time from Chunar to ALD is sufficient in this scenario . Therefore this time slot can be utilized for intercity and it would benefits people to connect with ALD for interchanging and boarding for other evening trains from ALD.
how are you saying its not congested ? Railway minister , GM NCR , DRM ALD everyone says its super congested and I think you are ignoring freight traffic...
sir ek pehle se ICE run ho rahi thi vindhyachal-lucknow ICE usko to permanent cancel kar dia IR vindhyachal to Ald bcz wo kabhi time pe run he nahi ho pati thi ,, and ab aap isko bhejne ko keh rahe waha ,, jo slot ko aap free bata rahe ho wo fright movement ka time he us route pe ,, uske bich ye ICE ko run karnge to na ye ICE time se chal pygi na fright ,,
It is congested but TT for one train can be found out. This is necessary extension to cater Chunar-ALD section as most of trains don't stop at either at Chunar/MZP/BDL .
That's y, after permanent cancellation of BDL-LKO express Lalquila and Janta express as well as diversion of route of Managari through COI, it is necessary to have a train during this time to connect Chunar section to ALD.
