As part of my Kashmir Great Lakes Trek, I am planning to travel to Srinagar by Train (Udhampur - Banihal Bus and Banihal -Srinagar Train).

I got to know form articles that there is a special arrangement by JKSRTC and IR that a passenger can but a Road-Cum-Rail Ticket which is sufficient for him/her to travel from Udhampur-Banihal.

But i couldn't find the information about the ticket availability and where one can buy this ticket ? Its definitely not in IRCTC as i couldn't find any results for this.

Can someone help me identify the place where one can get tickets and how good this connectivity is ?
