Actually sir jo labours hai unme se 60%-70% ke pass bahar ghar nahi hai...
Wah bahar jaha kaam karte hai wahi unhe bas raat ko sone ke liye thodi jagah aur subah fresh hokar Jane ke liye paani chajiye ..toh waha ghar nahi ..how do they celebrate festival there ...
Isliye wah har festive season Bihar aate hai..

A Jan sadharan is far good than suvidha for that kind of ppl as they earn low income and always in to save money so that they can send this low incomed money to thier family residing in Bihar..
