Sir, read carefully there it is written that RTM NDLS section HAS SANCTIONED CAPABILITY of 140kmph. Thus, TRAINS CAN DO 140KMPH THERE this doesn't MEANS that RAJ HAS MPS of 140kmph. No, Official announcement is there which states that BCT RAJ or HR or ANY OTHER RAJ HAS A SANCTIONED SPEED OF 140kmph but BCT RAJ(Very frequently) and HR does 140kmph(I have personally noticed near CDMR)(Overspeeding).
