Ongoing over congestion excuse for ald whether a train arrives from sta side or from mgs side in up or cnb side in down direction.

Bt they have been delayed post COI , so I don't think congestion is the cause, or may be it is.
Bt just nw 11093 Mahanagri was detained at MKP fr a brief time, its something else
