Paying more and punctuality totally out of question.
A TT change is invetiable so that more time could be given for secondary maintenance at ndls.

Could not understand the controlling by controllers

The NCR controllers have been unkind to Durontos (Hybrid ones) citing lower MPS of 120 to detain them and keep trolling behind newbies of 130 MPS.
While no such problem has been reported for AD being home zone darling.
As soon as train comes in GC_ECR the controllers sets back the priority as per train types. Duronto over SF Result

Howrah and Bhubneshwar duranto have lost punctuality reason being they trail 130 mps SFs
But NCR is partial to AD and PR which almost lead all the way to Ndls keeping behind 130 mps train
Today 12397 trailed behind 12417 all the way from Ald to Ndls. 130 mps SF behind 110 for almost 650 kms

can not find the logic of NCR CONTROLER , Keeping 130 mops train behind 110 mps. only reason i can presuem is 12417 , they consider their zone train , where as 12397 from ECR
