Southern Railway will run the following Suvidha special trains to clear the extra rush of traffic during the summer vacation:
Chennai Egmore to Tirunelveli (via main line): Train No. 00601 will leave Chennai Egmore at 10.45 p.m. on April 13 and reach Tirunelveli at 12.30 p.m. the next day.
Stoppages: Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Villupuram, Mayiladuthurai, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur, Tiruchi, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudhunagar and Kovilpatti.

Chennai Egmore (via Chord Line): Train No. 00602 will leave Tirunelveli at 2.45 p.m. on April 17 and reach Chennai Egmore at 4.15 a.m. the next day. The train will stop at Kovilpatti, Virudhunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Tiruchi, Villupuram, Chengalpattu and Tambaram.
The composition of the above trains will be one AC 2-tier, two AC 3-tier, 12 sleeper class and two luggage-cum-brake vans. Advance reservations for the above trains are open, a statement said
