Surely I could flag RED if this were imaginary
reason: no halts in UP excluding technical halts in MGS,CNB
but several halts in Bihar

this train was started a long ago in 1977 .. between BGP-NDLS with steam loco changing point at MGS.. later when Magadh inaugurated sometime in early 80's Vikramshila got clubbed with Magadh and ran until 1st July 2003 when IR decided to separate it with Magadh and give it own existence..
as train was clubbed from Magadh and in Patna-NDLS section it was Magadh Exp only so jo Vikramshila thi wo BGP-PNBE ke bich hi thi.. stops were given in political pressure in that section.. you can easily see that it has halt at KIUL n Luckkisarai too.. that place is just 1km away from KIUL where Vikramshila halts for 20min (for loco change)
