30007 is given to Gatimaan .(ABB Livery)
Well & Good.
It's IR's Choice.
But it would be great if 30086 will be given as because it is built for Gatiman by CLW...

& the dedicated Loco for Gatiman Exp.
However, as speed is 160km/hr any WAP-5 can do it
BUT
If more speed is required then I think 30086 is the best Choice.
However,
I still hope to see 30086 with Gatiman & 12259/12260 too.

Yellow strip is a reflective tape which has been fixed all across the rake as well. it reflects light when you are standing far away. Very common on trucks in up North. Predominantly being done so that Pway people are able to see from far that the train is approaching.
