Grievance Description : To CR, With respect to my grievance MORLY/E/2016/00857, the reply given by CR was as follows :- Current Status : CASE CLOSED Date of Action : 08 Mar 2016 Details : Train No. 22109/22110LTT-NZM LTT AC SF Express is run with WAP4 type locomotives having speed potential of 140Kmph as per RDSO speed certificate. Now, my question to CR is why did they make 22109/10 LTT-NZM-LTT AC Express, a 20 coach train when as per the RDSO, speed certificate was " 130 kmph on AGC - Lalitpur section and 120 kmph on Lalitpur- Bina section of North Central Railway only FOR 18 COACH train' Testing was done by WAP-5 locomotive not WAP4. I have attached the necessary RDSO pdf document. Please verify my given facts. Secondly, I agree WAP-4 and WAP-7 are capable of doing 130 kmph that is needed for Rajdhani type trains like LTT NZM AC. The acceleration power of WAP-7 is much higher than WAP-4, same like the acceleration power of WCAM-3 is much higher than WCAM-2. WCAM-3 has always been an exclusive CR Eloco, so, will WAP-7 due to ghats and gradients in CR territory. And CR AJNI WAP-7 was provided for Bilaspur Rajdhani Express right from the time it use to run with mere 11 coach icf rajdhani, then why cant WAP-7 be provided for 20 coach LTT-NZM AC which runs on the same timelslot of Bilaspur/Chennai/Secunderabad Rajdhani in down direction? Even in up direction, 22110 runs on the timeslot of Secunderabad/Chennai Duronto Express. When SCR/SR can provide WAP-7 to these durontos and with 120 kmph mps itself, both these durontos maintain the timetable, there is no need for 130 kmph for these durontos. then why cant CR provide WAP-7 for it's weekly AC train to improve punctuality? It is almost 3 years now, the train is repeatedly delayed. Please take some action as soon as possible. Kindly, remove the 2 coach for 22109/10 till the necessary RDSO n CRS certificate is given and provide WAP-7 locomotive for improving punctuality and afterwards when 130 kmph testing is done for 20 coach train, attact the 2 coach back. Punctuality is more important than patronage. Thanks and I hope this time my matter will be examined n worked upon seriously.

Details : The loco link of train No 22109/22110 has already been revised and running with WAP4 type locomotive having speed potential of 140 Kmph. Railway Board has been advised for allotment of WAP7 type locomotives for Central Railway.
