reversal needed at BLM Decrease Halt Time at BE it is more than enough 5 min is enough Slack You have Provided Already Between BC and BE
Corrections upcoming for you:
IZN-BC : minimum 25 minutes are required. This 4km tracks is very close to houses and trains are never allowed to cross 10-15kmph speed.
Reduce the halt time Bareilly Jn to 5 min and increase the halt at Bareilly City to 10 min.
Rake Reversal is required at Balamau Jn. So increase the halt time at BLM to 20 minutes....

Green flag. Still some modification left.
Instead of stopping train at BE for 20 mins introduce some slack in the BC-BE stretch. LR required at BLM.

IZN is small station not enough platforms
BE is busy station on main line ....only 5 platforms(4 nr +1 ner)... a platform for 20 mins is not simply given to a non originating train!
only BC is available to host train for such long lengths.
